Refund & Cancellation Policy

Proposed policy, pending approval:

If a paid Blueprint call is not delivered as scheduled, a full refund is issued.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled Blueprint call are fully refundable.
Bangkok Relocation Setup refunds are prorated based on work already completed.
Rental Verification fees are non-refundable once the check has been performed, since the deliverable (findings) has been produced regardless of outcome.
